Remembrance Day 2018 has a special significance as the centenary of the Armistice that ended the First World War. The United Kingdom, New Zealand and Australia have contributed silver proof coins for this set, each featuring the Red Flanders poppy, the flower of remembrance that is traditionally worn to commemorate the Armistice and honour the sacrifice of the fallen.
