The Perth Mint released a special 2026 Australian Koala 1oz coloured coin for the 2026 Brisbane ANDA Money Expo,
The coin’s coloured reverse portrays a charming koala sitting in a tree trunk, holding a eucalyptus branch. The background includes a striking sunset and a beautifully illustrated forest of eucalyptus trees. The design also includes the inscription ‘KOALA’.
The Perth Mint will release no more than 2,500 of the Australian Koala 1oz coloured silver coin.
The coin is presented in a stylised presentation card which features a fold-out stand for upright display
