The reverse features a series of black and white photographs presenting the broad cross-section of society that the Australian Red Cross assists.
The design includes an image of a World War I nurse, the inscription THE POWER OF HUMANITY and 100 YEARS PEOPLE HELPING PEOPLE with the Australian Red Cross Logo.

Each coin is housed in a presentation case with an illustrated shipper and accompanied by a numbered Certificate of Authenticity.
