2026 Australian Kookaburra 1oz Silver Coloured Coin - World Money Fair Berlin Show Issue

Marking the 2026 World Money Fair to be held between 29th and 31st January 2026 in Berlin, the Perth Mint is pleased to present this exclusive coin show special featuring the 2026 Australian Kookaburra design in vivid colours.
Embodying the vibrant wildlife of Australia, the kookaburra is a beloved and iconic bird. Known for its distinctive laughing call that resembles human laughter, it can often be heard at dawn and dusk and plays a crucial role in establishing territory among kookaburras.

The coin portrays a coloured representation of a kookaburra in flight over a river, framed by lush trees and rugged rocks. The design features a privy mark depicting red and green Ampelmännchen, honouring the Berlin cult brand featuring traffic light men designed in East Germany during the 1960s.

The coin is presented in a special World Money Fair presentation card displaying the show dates.
