Sydney Harbour Bridge Toll Money Pack
The early days of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, the toll was paid by these coins. The fee paid to cross the bridge by those in cars (6d) and those on horseback (3d). This pack comprises of a King George V Sixpence (6d) and a Threepence (3d) dated between 1911-1936. The toll was introduced to pay the 4 million pound+ cost of construction the world's largest steel arch span bridge. The 1911-1936 6d and 3d are in fine condition are set in an informative pack.

This pack has been released in conjuction with the celebration of the 40th Anniversary of Decimal currency. In February 1966 the old pence was changed the cents and the pounds was changed to Dollars. This was a massive task with the Perth, mint asked to help produced coins, along with the london mint. Each colourful presentation pack comprises 1953-64 florin, shilling, sixpence, threepence, penny and halfpenny (6 coins) combined with the very first portrait decimal coin set (1c, 2c, 5c, 10c, 20c, & 50c dated 1966-84).
